Fighting Climate Change with our Net Zero Renewable Energy Sustainable Smart Home (NZRESSH), “no carbon (CO2) footprint” conceptual project that will materialize in the Summer of 2022.

This NZRESH Project will help change the paradigm of the residential home building design in the construction industry by implementing the latest Renewable Energy Technologies:

• Creating an airtight building envelope home with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) with; an insulation rating of “R-54.7”.Expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation and oriented strand board (OSB) used in the manufacture of these SIPs meet the most stringent standards for indoor air quality in the U.S. These SIPs do not off-gas, and do not contain any volatile organic compounds (VOCs) chemicals that can adversely affect the health of an occupant. In fact, the EPS insulation used in our SIPs eliminates HCFCs and HFCs, which are ozone-depleting VOCs that are released in the air by some other types of insulation.

• SIPs, however, laminate the EPS insulation and OSB together during manufacture. The same lamination eliminates the cavity in which moisture could condense. This rigid closed-cell EPS construction doesn’t promote the growth of bacteria.

• Finally, many contaminants, toxins, and other allergens are filtered out of the home because of airtightness.

• High efficiency 30 Solar Electric 400-watt Panels delivering a powerful 12KW system with on-site power and net metering system, and 10 KW battery back-up “Energy Storage” system will take care of all emergencies and electric critical load needs.

• Solar Thermal Panels delivery “Hot Water and Heating” with 4.5KW electrical coil back-up.

• Ultraviolet Light (UV Angel) Air Filtration system. The engineered air system uses patented UV-C light air purification technology to reduce levels of viruses, bacteria, and fungi by automatically and continuously treating the air to create healthier environments. Removing harmful Pathogens with a 99.99% effective rate, including COVID-19.

• Smart Home Technology monitors all systems from any device, real-time monitoring and quick response troubleshooting with our maintenance team.

• View and control all systems from a smartphone app. Set temperature AC/Heating at the tip of your finger.
